Turnaround times are typically 7–14 days after filming, and we always include revisions (within reason) to make sure you’re completely happy. We’re based in Essex, but we’re happy to travel — and if you’d like the raw footage, we can provide that too for a small additional fee.

We start by understanding what you need and what you’re trying to achieve. If you already have a clear idea, we’ll send over a short questionnaire to capture your vision, goals and preferred style. If not, no problem — we’re happy to lead the creative direction and shape the concept for you.

2. Shoot the content

On the day, we work efficiently and non-intrusively, capturing high-quality video and photography with a filmmaker’s eye. Whether it’s on location, at your business, or during an event, we focus on getting authentic, on-brand footage while keeping disruption to a minimum.

3. Edit, deliver & refine

After the shoot, we edit your content with a punchy, platform-ready style, tailored for where it will be used. You’ll usually receive your finished content within 7–14 days, with revisions included (within reason) to make sure everything feels just right before final delivery.
